There are a few rules for the Shop Refund Policy

  • If the product is found defective

  • If you present the original receipt
  • in case of no receipt we can’t help you.
  • You can get it within 3 days of purchasing

Online Store Refund Policy

Delivery at your doorstep also has some refund policies as well.

  • Attach invoice and picture and send it to email.
  • Unused and in original condition

If you find a defective item and don’t report it within 24 hours then unfortunately you will never get the offer or exchange. Use the original mode of payment for a refund. When you are returning your product it must be in original packing and must have a valid reason. Some goods can’t be returned so you can check on our site.

A refund policy will never be applicable if you bring the product back as you don’t like and want another item. Take your time before purchasing and carefully decide which product you want to buy.

If it is possible to refund you then you will get it within 21 days of business. It is necessary to inspect your order on the delivery spot as the delivered item has been checked by the company and it has no defaults. Check it thoroughly otherwise, we will not be responsible.

Order Cancelation

It is your right that if you do not need this item anymore then you can cancel the order. But you need to inform us before dispatching the product so that we can refund you according to our policies. But keep in mind that if you cancel the order after dispatching then you will pay the shipping fee.

Sale/Campaigns/Special Offers

If you placed the order for sale or special offers then there will be no exchange or refund policy. When you resend the item you get an email notification confirming the receipt by us. After that we will inform you whether you get the refund or not and if it is possible then it will be made through a credit note. 

Missing or Late Refunds

Firstly, we send the refund on time but still, if you don’t receive then check your bank account. After that send us an email at our site to tell us about any inconvenience regarding refund.

Sale or Exchange Items

You can get a refund on sale items and exchange can only be done in case of any defect. You can inform us through our email.
